Several million-dollar sales secured, new community launched and agent gets top award.
One of the Gold Coast’s most luxurious penthouses has sold for $4.475 million. The stunning three-bedroom skyhome at Main Beach, sprawled over the 33rd and 34th floors of The Inlet, was snapped up by a Melbourne buyer. It has 360-degree views of the city, ocean, Broadwater and Hinterland, a rooftop pool, steam room and 10 balconies.
In other news, it has been a busy week in the Ray White Runaway Bay office with several million-dollar sales secured. Peter Spiga and Marnie Walker sold an original brick home at Canal Ave, Runaway Bay, for $1.5 million as well as a modern waterfront four-bedder at 22 Sundance Way, Runaway Bay, for $1.31 million.
And we have to mention Professionals Newlands Real Estate Surfers Paradise principal John Newlands who was recently awarded an Outstanding Membership trophy at a Professionals Real Estate conference. The award recognises longevity in real estate, and the recipient to be a role model and respected agent.
