Surfers Paradise 
‘Tis the season for spreading joy, celebrating, and making lasting memories with our amazing colleagues! Our recent staff Christmas party was no ordinary event—it was a nautical adventure that transformed a regular day into an extraordinary experience. Picture this: the breathtaking Gold Coast, where the weather was absolutely perfect—a clear sky and a warm breeze creating the ideal backdrop for a day that will stay with us for years to come.
We set sail aboard the “Sailing in Paradise” Luxurious Catamaran, and from the moment we stepped on board, the excitement was palpable. Welcomed with glasses of champagne and a delightful platter of fresh fruits, cheeses, and pastries, the festive mood was infectious, setting the stage for an exceptional day of celebration.
As our catamaran cruised along, we were treated to stunning views of the Gold Coast skyline. The gentle breeze and the picturesque coastline along the spit made for a mesmerizing journey until we reached our destination—Wavebreak Island.
Once anchored, we wasted no time diving into the crystal-clear waters. Some of us tried our hand at paddleboarding, gracefully gliding (or not so gracefully) across the surface, while others enjoyed a refreshing swim. The sun-drenched deck of the catamaran became a lively hub of activity, laughter, and shared moments against the backdrop of the island’s lush beauty.
Our onboard chef showcased culinary expertise, treating us to a delectable BBQ lunch that satisfied our taste buds with a burst of flavors. The catering elevated our sailing experience, making it a complete and thoroughly enjoyable celebration.
After the feast, it was time for the much-anticipated Bad Santa game—a highlight of the day that brought out the mischievous side in all of us. Laughter filled the air as we exchanged and, at times, “stole” presents from one another. The game not only provided fun entertainment but also strengthened the festive spirit, bringing the team even closer together.
As the sun dipped lower on the horizon, we reluctantly set sail back to Marina Mirage. The front deck of the catamaran became our vantage point to soak in the last rays of the afternoon sun, sharing stories and reliving the day’s highlights.
