Come along and celebrate the opening of the Western Suburbs’ newest aged care community, Seasons Aged Care Sinnamon Park, on Saturday June 30 from 10am to 2pm.
The brand-new Sinnamon Park community will be opening its gates to the public for the first time for a day of fun, free entertainment, delicious food and kids’ activities.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the community, look inside the luxury apartments and see why Seasons Aged Care offers the very best in aged care and community living.
Seasons Aged Care Sinnamon Park’s Community Consultant Desley Arnold says the community event is a chance for the wider community to experience the community first-hand while enjoying a relaxed family day out.
“Western Suburbs locals have been watching our community rising up next to the Centenary Motorway for the past 18-months, so it’s a chance for local residents and neighbours to tour and get to know the community,” says Desley.
“It’s also a chance for our first residents, who have purchased their apartment off the plan, to celebrate with their friends and families and show them around their new home.”
The $115 million development is purpose-built aged care complex offering 128 one, two and three-bedroom luxury, self-contained apartments.
Located conveniently close to shopping, medical and transport services, Seasons Sinnamon Park will offer its residents landscaped gardens and walking tracks to enjoy. There will also be a cinema, library, beauty salon and café, along with planned lifestyle and social activities for residents.
Seasons Chief Executive Officer Nick Loudon says the key focus of the community is to provide a private home environment for each resident with full access to an active aged care lifestyle of their choice.
“Seasons Sinnamon Park has been designed to deliver the security, dignity, respect and choice that our elders deserve,” Mr Loudon says.
“Each apartment is designed to accommodate couples who want to stay together, with more than enough room for the grandchildren or family to visit. Small pets are more than welcome too.
“While the apartments have the look and feel of a luxury holiday resort, they are equipped with state-of-the-art clinical monitoring and emergency response systems. This allows residents to remain independent as their care needs change without the need to leave their own home.”
The Seasons Sinnamon Park Grand Opening is a free event and will be held at Seasons Aged Care Sinnamon Park, 147 Oldfield Road, Sinnamon Park from 10am to 2pm.
