Sales Administrator/Marketing:  

This full-time position has just become available supporting our sales team.  You will work closely with the sales team and carry out sales administration and marketing tasks working along side our Office Manager.  This role is an integral part of the company in an exciting sales market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

– Handle all administrative tasks related to new listings with accuracy & efficiency.
– Prepare REIQ-approved documents accurately and on time.
– Manage online portals and listing information with high attention to detail.
– Provide valuable support to our Sales Team.
– Assist with in-room and on-site auctions.

For this role you must have a minimum of the following:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Excellent computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to multi task, finding solutions and take initiative
  • Current Certificate of Registration preferred but not essential

Bonus Skills:
 

  • While not essential, previous experience with Vault CRM would be preferred.
