Thank You Patty! My wife and I came to Surfers Paradise in April to buy a holiday apartment on the Esplanade. After viewing many buildings we decided the Morrocan was for us so we went to talk to Patty Sinnamon (the Morrocan Expert). After looking at many floor plans and aspects we identified 3 apartments that suited us.
Problem was none of them were for sale. With Patty’s knowledge of apartments and owners she identified one owner who may sell. She gave us an appraisal of fair market price which we were comfortable with. Patty then contacted the owners and within 2 weeks we had signed a contract of sale.
Today we have settled and are sitting on the terrace of our Morrocan apartment. I wish all real estate agents were as knowledgable, professional, caring and thoughtful as Patty Sinnamon!!

About 9 years ago we bought one of our Gold Coast properties through Adele Drennan. We found Adele so friendly, easy to talk and so helpful when we purchased our apartment from her that she left a lasting memory for us. The Speakers Bureau consists of men and women who have been touched by breast cancer, directly or indirectly. They attend NBCF fundraising events held by members of the community and share their personal story of breast cancer while also highlighting why supporting breast cancer research is so important. The training we provided on Wednesday was for new speakers from the Gold Coast to help them structure their speeches in an effective way for fundraising event audiences.
The support from Professionals allowed us to travel to the Gold Coast to train these new members which will increase the reach of our breast cancer research message.
