Josie and Sam were so helpful in getting us through to approval for our first rental on the Gold Coast! Being interstate and first time renters we encountered some inspection problems but Josie went above and beyond her service fulling informing us of the policies and making a recommendation to ensure we could have someone attend the inspection on our behalf to enable us to submit our application. Sam was very efficient in submitting our application to the owners and getting back to us promptly about our approval. Sam has also been most helpful and offering her friendly assistance throughout the rental agreement process. Professionals Newlands certainly keep up to their namesake, they were outstanding in helping us secure a property compared to other agencies we encountered along the way. We cannot thank them enough.
