A bit of background, so you can understand where I am coming from:-
My mum had dementia and I brought my mum to our home and cared for her for eight years through the last stages of her dementia.
Even through my cancer treatment and recovery, I still cared for her.
After she passed away last year, I had pneumonia.
The toll of thinking for two people over the years, the cancer…. and having chemo brain…has not been easy.
Even now, my brain sometimes “freeze” and I can only manage a few hours a day of work….and then, I’m tired.
It has been a relief to know that over these years, Michelle was there to manage our property.
That I do not have to think. Michelle is there doing the thinking for me.
Michelle, manages the property and she manages it well.
I do appreciate the work she does and in some ways, you will understand my statement that “she takes a load off my shoulder”.
It took me a few years to find the time to finally meet Michelle.
But from the start, I found Michelle easy to talk to and efficient.
And for me, it’s such a relief when things get done.
I do like Michelle….and you can’t say that about every property manager you meet.
I like her efficiency and it’s easy to talk to her.

I would like to thank Dennis Musca for his professionalism, service and commitment to the sale of my property.
Dennis achieved a great price for my unit, I had a contract signed within 10 days and this was during an unstable time in the market due to global and economic uncertainties & I got a contract signed on election day! Dennis not only achieved an outstanding result.
From the first meeting I had with Dennis I had confidence in his ability to exceed in the sale of my property, the whole process from the first introduction I had with Dennis to settlement was just over a month. Awesome work!

Thank You Patty! My wife and I came to Surfers Paradise in April to buy a holiday apartment on the Esplanade. After viewing many buildings we decided the Morrocan was for us so we went to talk to Patty Sinnamon (the Morrocan Expert). After looking at many floor plans and aspects we identified 3 apartments that suited us.
Problem was none of them were for sale. With Patty’s knowledge of apartments and owners she identified one owner who may sell. She gave us an appraisal of fair market price which we were comfortable with. Patty then contacted the owners and within 2 weeks we had signed a contract of sale.
Today we have settled and are sitting on the terrace of our Morrocan apartment. I wish all real estate agents were as knowledgable, professional, caring and thoughtful as Patty Sinnamon!!

My husband and I purchased our first investment property a month ago and couldn’t of been happier with the choice to buy through The Professionals Newlands Real Estate.
It was a hectic few months trying to find the right property but once we had put our offer in, the process was stream-lined and almost stress free, thanks to Dennis Musca who would ring and check in to ensure all was on track, coupled with a great financial institute – it made the purchase a little less stressful.
Queue Karen Wright who is now the property manager for our little bit of paradise and not only has Karen been as friendly and easy going as Dennis, she’s been all too happy to answer even the silliest of questions that we’ve thrown at her.
After only a week and a half on the market Karen managed to secure a tenant whom we hope will be as happy with The Professionals as we are.
